I am having the exact same issue and the problem happened around the same time. Sometime around 8PM on Nov 20th my location changed from Mountain View, CA to Finland. I have been unable to fix this problem and have had to manually set my time zone clock back to Pacific time. Google Chrome browser works fine for location.
